Emily Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Emily Williams joined Aptarro as Chief Financial Officer in May 2025, bringing extensive experience leading finance in high-growth, private equity-backed software companies. A hands-on and results-driven leader, Emily has a proven track record of driving financial performance, optimizing operations, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.

Before joining Aptarro, Emily served as Vice President of Finance at Netwrix, where she guided the company through a period of transformative expansion. Her leadership delivered measurable results through both organic growth and acquisitions, scaling the finance function to match the pace of the business.

Emily has previously held senior financial leadership roles at Innovyze (now part of Autodesk), Puppet, and KinderCare Education. Her expertise spans financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic planning, KPI development, and systems integration. She has consistently helped organizations enhance forecasting accuracy and strengthen operational decision-making.

Emily holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.S. in Communication Studies and Economics from Northwestern University. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering with nonprofits, and distance running. She recently completed all six Abbott World Marathon Majors and is now working toward completing a marathon or half marathon in all 50 states.
